urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:vintage_pain vintage_pain vintage_pain 2005-11-23T18:27:06Z urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:vintage_pain:2797 2005-11-23T18:24:06Z 2005-11-23T18:27:06Z I decided to make one for this <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v25/lyndac/hp1.jpg"> Icon.<br /><a name="cutid1"></a><br /><br />Started off with <a href="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v25/lyndac/hicon1.jpg">This</a> Image from <a href="http://www.mugglenet.com">MuggleNet.com</a> and cropped it down to 100X100 for the base.<br /><br /><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v25/lyndac/hpicon1.jpg" alt="Image hosted by Photobucket.com"><br />Base Image<br />Next I duplicated the layer and desaturated it (Image&gt;Adjustments&gt;Desature)<br />then added a gaussian Blur at 3<br /><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v25/lyndac/hpicon2.jpg" alt="Image hosted by Photobucket.com"><br />Ugly isn't it?<br />Duplicate the base layer again and drag it to the top.<br />Sharpen it and set it to Soft Light.<br><br /><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v25/lyndac/hpicon3.jpg" alt="Image hosted by Photobucket.com"><br />Duplicate the Soft Light layer and drop the opacity to 30%<br /><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v25/lyndac/hpicon4.jpg" alt="Image hosted by Photobucket.com"><br />Add a new layer and fill it with #002441 set to exclusion at 30%<br /><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v25/lyndac/hpicon5.jpg" alt="Image hosted by Photobucket.com"><br />Add another new layer and fill it with #99836A set that to Soft Light at 30%<br /><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v25/lyndac/hpicon6.jpg" alt="Image hosted by Photobucket.com"><br />Then another layer #ffffff (white)soft light at 100%<br />Add some Text and a border and you have your image :D<br /><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v25/lyndac/hp1.jpg"> urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:vintage_pain:2368 2005-10-25T16:30:01Z 2005-11-23T18:23:46Z <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v145/Lynz_/Friendsonly.jpg">&lt;/&gt;
